By accessing, enrolling in, purchasing, or using any services, courses, software, or training programs provided by NEWWSTYLEE FOR EDUCATION & TRAINING COMPUTER SOFTWARE (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or enroll in our services.
1. Services Offered
NEWWSTYLEE provides education, training, and computer software–related services including but not limited to:
- Online and offline training programs
- Educational software and digital tools
- Workshops, certifications, and learning materials
- Technical and skill-based courses
Service details, duration, content, and fees are defined at the time of enrollment.
2. Enrollment & Access
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Access to courses, software, or training materials is non-transferable.
- Login credentials (if any) must be kept confidential. Sharing access is strictly prohibited.
3. Fees & Payments
- All fees are quoted in applicable currency and are payable in advance.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed enrollments will not be affected.
- The Company reserves the right to deny access in case of payment failure or violation of terms.
4. NO REFUND POLICY (STRICT)
All payments made to NEWWSTYLEE FOR EDUCATION & TRAINING COMPUTER SOFTWARE are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Non-attendance or partial attendance
- Failure to complete the course
- Dissatisfaction with course content, trainer, or software
- Technical issues from the user’s side (device, internet, compatibility, etc.)
- Visa issues, travel issues, or personal circumstances
Once enrolled, no refunds, cancellations, transfers, or fee adjustments will be provided under any circumstances.
5. Course Changes & Availability
- The Company reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, trainers, or delivery mode if required.
- Courses may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative options may be offered, but no monetary refund will be issued.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, materials, videos, documents, logos, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of NEWWSTYLEE.
- Copying, recording, distributing, reselling, or reproducing any material without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the software or training materials
- Share or resell course access
- Engage in abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
The Company reserves the right to terminate access without refund if misconduct is identified.
8. Limitation of Liability
NEWWSTYLEE shall not be liable for:
- Any direct or indirect losses
- Career, job, or income outcomes
- Technical interruptions beyond our control
- Third-party software, tools, or platforms used during training
Training is provided for educational purposes only and does not guarantee employment or certification unless explicitly stated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, making payment, accessing our software, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the No Refund Policy.
